Cotton linters pulp
cotton linters pulp is a fiber material made of linters by alkaline cooking. It can be used for industrial production of nitrocellulose, cellulose ether.（CMC、MC、EC、HPC、CEC etc.）and acetate.
Acetate grade：C100、C200；Nitrocellulose：X15、X30、X60、X100、X200；Ether cellulose grade：M5、M15、M30、M60、100、M200 、M400、M650、M1000。
Introduction to products
M5 cotton linters pulp, and also called 5# extra low glue cotton linters pulp, M5, the viscosity is within 1-10mpa.s. It is the material of paper-making. It plays a flowing and viscous role in paper-making. This product fills up the national blank and substitutes the imported .The research project has been supported by National Innovation Foundation of Science and Technology for Small and Middle Enterprises and the National Technical Innovation Plan. It was a national new “key products” in 2002.
M1000 cotton linters pulp, produced based on the Jin Hanjiang company standard: 800# cotton linters pulp, was approved as the national standard by the authority in 1999. The product has extra high viscosity up to 900 libo (DP2700). This product fills up the domestic blank and covered by the National Torch Plan .It is the National new “Key Product”. The product awarded National new "the Key Product" in 1999.
